”We have a one gift rule. We don’t need anything, we are blessed in life,” he remarked.Â
”The thing I am looking forward to the most is spending it with our sons.

”They both still believe in Father Christmas. They have done their lists for Santa and we posted those last week.

”We are going to have a quiet lockdown family Christmas which is just getting away from work and spending time watching old movies and having too much to eat.”

Explaining how Elijah and Zachary aren’t fazed by their dad’s fame, David said, ”When they see him on stage they are proud of him, but when he comes home he leaves Elton on the stage.

”It is just like Daddy is working, he doesn’t talk about it in any glamorous way.”
